I have a lot of health issues that give me pain. Then there is the pain that I have inflicted on myself... I went tonight and had my eyes done. Meaning...permanent eyeliner. This is the third time I've done this (because it isn't really permanent). The first two times lasted about a year. This time it's projected to last about three years and I get free touch-ups. The technician, Natasha, used more numbing gel that she would swipe on each pass, but she did about nine passes in comparison to the two or three times previously. The thin skin of the eyelids are a pretty sensitive area. Pain! Here's my after picture with the swelling and vaseline/antibiotic on:
